For equipment that cannot be repaired immediately, the faulty equipment should be towed away from the work area, and the corresponding backup machine or other alternative method should be called; for equipment that is difficult to move, the maintenance personnel should hang the disable flag of “failure use”.

(1) The standby machine can be borrowed from other departments, and the second can be called from the equipment supply department; if it cannot be borrowed or called, it should be reported immediately and borrowed from other departments.

(2) Equipment that needs to be brought back to the maintenance team or repaired, the maintenance personnel must fill out the “Instrument Equipment Maintenance Handover Form”.
